What does it cost our clients, and what happens after the 3 free months?
Through your agency, every client gets 3 months completely free, and the code can be used by all their family members too. After that, Vokabulo continues as a regular subscription that they can cancel anytime, for less than the price of one espresso a week. If they choose not to continue, Vokabulo simply carries on as a free account. There are no surprise charges and no obligation.
How much work is this for our team?
Almost none. We give you the voucher codes plus a ready-to-send email. You just pass them on to your clients; there’s nothing to install, integrate, or administer.
How do our clients redeem the voucher?
It takes a minute. On iPhone or iPad, they download Vokabulo from the App Store, log in and enter the code we send you under Subscriptions. On an Android phone or a computer, they open Vokabulo in their browser, log in and enter the code under Subscriptions there. Either way, the 3 free months apply to their account on every device they use.
Which languages does Vokabulo support?
Clients can learn 100+ languages in either direction, so it works wherever they’re relocating and whatever their native language is. The app interface itself is available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.
What devices do clients need?
Vokabulo runs on iPhone and iPad, and in the browser, so it works just as well on Android phones, Windows PCs and Macs. On those, there’s nothing to install: clients just open Vokabulo in the browser and log in.
