Does Vokabulo work offline?
Short answer
Almost entirely. Studying, adding and editing words all work offline, while translation, Scenes, your tutor, Sets and the leaderboard need a connection. Words you capture with no signal are filled in as soon as you are back online.

Capture Now, Translate Later
You can add words while offline. As soon as you reconnect, Vokabulo automatically fills in the translations.
The queue is broader than translations alone: quiz results, settings changes, adopting a Set and a new profile photo all wait offline and go out when you reconnect. Vokabulo retries on launch, when you come back to the app, when the connection returns and after each sync, backing off between attempts.
