How do the swipes work?
Tap the card to reveal the answer, then swipe right if you knew it and left if you did not. Left is not a failure: it is what tells the algorithm to bring the word back sooner.
If you’ve ever used a dating app, you already know how to use Vokabulo. Start a session. Tap the card to reveal the answer.
- Swipe Right (Got it): "I knew this perfectly."
- Swipe Left (Not yet): "I hesitated or didn’t know."
This is about tracking your personal journey. Swipe left honestly. The app isn’t judging you; it’s adjusting the algorithm to help you learn faster.
